Fluorescent Light Fixtures

Fluorescent Fixtures

The EG Brite is an excellent replacement for HID/HPS lighting in “open construction” architectural lay-outs. The EG Brite will provide the same aesthetic appeal as an HID light but with up to 50% power reduction, with 1/3 less energy usage and twice as much light compared to low wattage HID lamps. The quality EG Brite fixtures are made in the USA and have the highest value for lumen efficiency.

Product Description

The EG Brite fluorescent high-bay is available in a 16″ width and 25″ width. All fixtures are available in either T5 or T8 lamps with various lamp configurations ranging from 5 to 8 lamps depending on lumen requirements. The EG Brite provides exceptional light distribution for general areas with a design that allows for a controlled, energy saving uplight component. Applications include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, open construction retail and gymnasiums with the wireguard safety option.

Luminary Efficiency & CRI

Luminary Efficiency & CRI

All fixtures have a luminary efficiency from 89% to 93% and a high CRI level of 80 to 90 versus standard metal halide HID lamps. Metal Halide HIDs can only reach 70 CRI. CRI is an extremely important in a facility since a higher value provides more realistic color compared to sunlight and is less tiring on the eyes.

Heat Dissipation

Heat Dissipation

The arc bottom to the fixtures in this series creates a means for exceptional heat dissipation. Removing heat build-up allows lamps to perform at their maximal lumen output temperature rating. Additionally, as heat rolls off the sides of this fixture, this reduces the possibility of dirt build up on the reflectors and at the vent holes.

Light Distribution

Light Distribution The bottom arc angle of this fixture series provides a wide distribution pattern which is excellent for use in general or open areas. When used in aisles with racking or shelving, turning this fixture perpendicular to the aisle allows the bottom arc to throw light evenly along the floor, lighting between the fixtures. The arced bottom also enhances the vertical foot-candles, providing more even illumination down the product walls.

Optical Reflector

Optical Reflector

The optical reflector system is precision brake formed of the selected aluminum material: enhanced aluminum or highly reflective white. The one piece reflector is removable without the use of tools, using 1/4 turn fasteners to secure it in place.

High Quality & Heavy Duty Design

The fixture housing is brake formed from heavy gauge cold rolled steel. Ends and socket plates are permanently riveted together for strength and rigidity. The housing is post painted with a durable, highly reflective powder-coat finish. A pre-finished housing is available as an option.
